All purchases are considered final sale. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on any items.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at dean.howlett@sympatico.ca with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

We will review your request and, if approved, may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Order Accuracy

Please ensure all order details, including shipping address and product selection, are correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for errors made at checkout.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the carrier. If you experience a delivery issue, we recommend contacting the shipping provider directly.
